All products are premium Ajwa dates sourced from Medina, Saudi Arabia. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product offerings and pricing at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

We accept payments through JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer. All orders require manual payment verification through receipt upload. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification by our team.

• Payment must be made within 24 hours of order placement
• Receipt must be uploaded for verification
• Orders are processed after payment confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not verified

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times vary based on location:

• Major cities: 2-3 business days
• Other areas: 3-5 business days
• Free shipping on orders over PKR 10,000
• Standard shipping cost: PKR 300

5. Product Quality

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all our products. Each batch is sourced directly from verified suppliers in Medina and undergoes strict quality control.

Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return policy:

• Returns accepted only if product is damaged or defective upon delivery
• Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
• Product must be unopened and in original packaging
• Photo evidence of damage/defect required

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

• Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or consumed products
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Orders placed more than 48 hours ago

4. Replacement

In case of damaged or defective products, we offer free replacement. The replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
